Command-s will save a document that has not been saved yet. Where it saves
depends on a few different factors. Generally speaking, it will go into your
Documents folder of your Home Folder. However, if you are using iCloud Drive

By the way, after the call was over I had checked the menus under FaceTime and
did not find any options for camera. On the Mac Book isn’t there only one
camera? Am I correct, it’s not like the phone with a front and back facing

Sometimes Google Chrome can work betteer than safari.
Maybe some other can come up with suggestions.
