this happened to me some week or so ago.
I think you have quick nav turned on. Sorry I can’t remember how I turned it
off. I don’t have time to search how to do this now but if I don’t see an
answer I will try later today.

A few notes on MS Office for Mac OS from my perspective:
-In my experience both Word and Excel are unusable. In Word I
cannot actually write and read back what I’ve written. In Excel, I can’t
navigate and manipulate cells. For these reasons I do not use either
programme on the Mac.

it's like this. The Kindle and Kobo Mac apps are not accessible. The
only passable way to read e-books is with Adobe Digital Editions. You
can buy Adobe incripted ePubs or pdfs from e-book shops like Kobo
and then read

Just for accuracy. You do get what is called 4G in other countries in
South Africa., although we don't call it that . Three service
providers have 42 megabit services. The vodacom network has very good
coverage. Only problem here is that it is still very expensive.
