The Mac I a writing this message is on is a 2012 Macbook pro with Catalina on

command option l, then it says clear. Tab once and you get the downloads, tab
once more and that’s where you find ou whether it has downloaded or not.

If you can’t record straight from NetFlicks on the mac, I think you should be
able to do it with an app called LoopBack.
However, don’t quote me on that, I haven’t tried it out but, I don’t see why
you shouldn’t record it from NetFlicks to any recording app you have on your
mac.
