Accessible HTML editing?

Hi. I need to add some html coding, but without the header and footer info so I can add tags to a steady stream of content to upload to entry forms at work. So far I have been doing this by hand in Notepad or Ed Sharp. Trying to use the mac more, I asked around, and discovered that Text Mate
