Thanks for the tip about pressing Cmd g. So that tells me the
location of the insertion point right? But when you say you press
space to see where you are - that's the playhead right? Which is
different from the insertion point...?

No pressing the arrow keys won’t make any noise. Generally I press space to see

I am new to using Amadeus Pro and am working my way through Jonathan
Mosen's tutorial - though it's a few years old, I'm hoping I can still
learn a lot from it.
I'm having a problem understanding what's going on with the insertion
point while the music is not playing. In the tutorial, it
