Hello Jeff,
Bartender is partially compatible with the Macintosh.
While I can access the features from within the program itself, and
decide on whether to hide or make icons visible within my menubar, I
do not know how to rearrange icons using voiceover.

The program indicates pressing the CMD-click feature to accomplish this task
directly from the menubar, but to no avail.
