It's quite easy on the Mac. What I do is, Open your menu extras with control F8 or Vieux M twice, and then locate the menu that's going to lease first Lee said the language is currently under. For example, mine says US. Then, either type in the first few letters of the language you want to go

The only trouble though is that this will change the voice language, a language in which Voiceover speaks in. I can’t seem to figure out how to change the language input settings, such as when you type letter S for example. I would like to type in a different language and easily able to switch.
