Am experiencing some strange behavior in Sonoma. Its turned off in
Ventura and things are fine there.
This may be unrelated. In sonoma when scrolling the dock, I may hear
something like "app name, 5 of 20". If I scroll once more to the right,
I again will hear "app name, 5 of 20" .But
Why do you want to turn this off.
I believe, when running VoiceOver, it is enabled/disabled in VoiceOver Utility.
Mine is On.

Forgot to mention that in System Settings, Accessibility, Keyboard,
the option is dimmed.
