I don't think bookshelf is an overall setting. It is part of a group of four buttons apparently, based on what voiceover tells me. And if you're in a category, such as cookbooks, or novels, and you sent to titles, then you close the app and come back you're back to bookshelf again. There's no

Hi Mary & Mark, I've not yet looked at this as my iBooks is a mess However what I wonder is if the "book Shelf" setting is an overall setting as books sit in a book shelf, And then with in that they are possibly sorted by Title, Authur or Catagories. The forth option. I've just tried this
