If you do not wish to allow every app from anywhere to open!
Another option find that app in your app’s [on finder Command+shift+a]
Then use VO+shift+m and open the app from there and you should be given the
option to always allow that one app!

Ready set CLIMB ,
You need to set your gatekeeper settings. they can be found in system
preferences, security and privacy and under the general tab. there should be a
checkbox to say allow apps from anywhere.
