Hello Georges,
To change the language and keyboard, go into System Preferences and select the
Language and Text pane.
To change the language, select the first tab, Language then use the Option key
and up arrow to move your chosen language to the top of the table.

Wonder how can I select Swedish keyboard input after setup is complete
and not during setup? Same question for os language as well. I
happened to leave everything on default while setting up my new iMAC, thanks.
