I just use option=up for top or option=down for bottom. If that doesn't work,
be sure you've stopped interacting with the messages table and try again.

I can't seem to figure out the keyboard command for moving to the top or
bottom of the message list once I give it focus.

Garth,
When you go to mail boxes does it show there as one of the options or not?
If it does, it could be you just have your gmail inbox chosen, so it will only
show your gmail messages.
You have to choose the higher level inbox to show messages from both.
But, if it does not show, then they are
Garf and all, I forgot the exchange miner detail. Sorry. :)
But apparently there is a solution. I am not sure how accessible it is with

It is called fluentfactory

I forgot to say this solution is not a mail client, just a background tool that
runs in the background to help you use the mail client you want and still
access your hotmail without having to use pop.
Hope it helps.

Hi,
I don't think you can use a windows live or hotmail account as exchange in Mac

This works, but if
