Hello,
You have to interact with the text and use VO-FN-Up or Down Arrow. If you’re in
TextEdit and this doesn’t work, you’ll need to Wrap to Page using Cmd-Shift-w.

Hello Simon,
FN-Up Arrow and FN-Down Arrow are indeed the equivalents to the Page Up and
Page Down keys on an extended keyboard, but they do not move any cursors. They
are purely visual effects and therefore useless to a VoiceOver user.
Adding the VO keys makes them move the VO cursor

Hello Candie,
The page up and page down commands don’t appear to work in emails. However, if
you interact with the text, the other VO commands will work. With Quick Nav on,
you can set the rotor to Paragraphs and only have to press the down arrow.

I am still having difficulty going up and down a page on the mac. For example
when I'm reading through a long email and want to move down by page, I press
the function key along with the vo keys and down arrow, and all I hear is a
beep and nothing happens. The left and right arrow keys
and right become home and end.

This revolves around the function key and the arrow keys. Function left and
right arrow is home and end, and function up and down is page up and page down,
hopefully I'm not getting those mixed up.

OK, try this. I can't find it documented anywhere if I run a Google
search, but I can use Fn-Option-Up arrow and Fn-Option-Down arrow to
move up and down a page in TextEdit. I'm a little hesitant to
recommend something non-standard, because at one time I imported some
