Hello Simon, FN-Up Arrow and FN-Down Arrow are indeed the equivalents to the Page Up and Page Down keys on an extended keyboard, but they do not move any cursors. They are purely visual effects and therefore useless to a VoiceOver user. Adding the VO keys makes them move the VO cursor
