Also,
Make sure you are interacting with the text before you do this and you should
be fine.

Hi,
As Anne mentioned, VO-Home and VO-End without the shift is what you're looking
for. Alternatively, you can use the method suggested by Alex, both will do
what you wish. A reminder that VO-shift-Home and VO-shift-End take you to the
first and last visible item in the given window or
Really, command-up and command-down will be far easier and I recommend using
them. You also never said whether you are interacting with the right part of
the app.

If it's a full apple keyboard the fn key is in the top left corner of the 6
keys above the arrow keys,
On a notebook it's the far left end of the bottom row to the left of the space

Hello Ramy,
I think it was with El Capitan that the commands VO-Home and VO-Shift-Home were
switched. The command you’re using takes you to the first visible item. Without
the Shift key, you’ll get to the first item.
Cheers,
Anne

Ramy,
Press VO-k for keyboard help and look for the FN key. On these
keyboards you need to use some shortcuts with that key.

don't worry about the function key.
The main thing to do, though, is interact with the text field first. The
keystrokes you described move you in whatever you're in, be it a window,
webpage, table, etc. Far easier
Hi Ramy
Michelle stevens here,
I think you have to use the fn key as well as the VO keys with your left, right
up down arrows?
