VoiceOver is localised into Italian, but you'll need to buy an Italian
voice either from AssistiveWare or from Cepstral.
Try both sites and see which voices sound best to you. The URLs are:

You have to know one thing:
If your Macbook hasn't ben started up before, you have to run a little
first-time configuration. When you power up your mac for the first
time, you'll hear a voice say: english, and nothing else. This is
