Hi,
I really haven’t messed with some of the other plist files, so can’t know for
sure if they auto-regenerate like the plain old com.apple.safari.plist. You

I wonder if there is a relation to your Text Edit getting corrupted and your

My version of Monterey is 12.3.1
My version of Safari is Safari Version 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.13)
No idea why, but there it is.

Hi,
I apologize for coming in late to the party, so I hope that these suggestions
are not repeats.
First, I am in Monterey Dave, and the list of choices in those menus definitely
has more than two choices. Here’s how I have mine set:

A New Page Opens: Home
This is the Monterey operating system, latest version. Don’t know if that makes
any difference. It’s very strange that I only have two choices for the start up
pop up and neither one is blank page or no tabs. Even if I turn off tabs
entirely it’s still insist on having only those two choices. Ma

Mine doesn't and I don't know why that would happen, unless there's a
setting somewhere else.
