I’m replying to myself.
I’m thinking that this must be something weird going on because I can’t connect
with my mac either.
Peace,
Stacey Robinson and GEB dog Kirk.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for this. I actually tried redeeming it from my iPhone, but I couldn't
figure out how to position the card. How do you do this. I know where the code
is, just don't know how best to position it so the camera can see it.
Thanks,
Donna

Hello Donna,
I have never used my Mac to redeem a gift card. I use the iPhone.
However, if you have the money reader app installed on your Mac, try reading a
couple of bills.
Also, see if the card can be redeemed on your iPhone.
Mark

Hi Chris , Thanks but I tried command + the left and right arrows too and
that only took me to the next album. The volume , mute ,pause controls all
seem to work okay. I am sure it is something simple that I am not doing .
Thanks , Ben C.

Oh, wow! Yeah, I wasn’t aware of that. My apologies then.

Hi Chris, I routinely use LEFT and RIGHT ARROWS to skip to the next or previous
song in iTunes. They work fine and are documented by Apple as iTunes keyboard
shortcuts (https://support.apple.com/kb/PH12110?locale=en_US).

Is “Enable full keyboard navigation” turned on in iTunes prefs? That
should then allow left and right arrow keys to work.

Dono why it's stopping after each track. That's bizarre, however I can tell
you why your arrow keys aren't working.
It's actually command! left and right arrow, not just left and right arrow by
themselves. Then, if you wanna rewind or fast forward, that's
command+option+left and right
Hi,
Sometimes, when the keyboard is focused in outside the Previous/Play/Next group
of buttons, the plain arrow key command won't take. You could either move VO
focus to any of those buttons then press arrows, or use the built-in media keys
of F7, F8 and F9 for Previous/Play/Next actions.
