OPen commanders area of VoiceOver utility.
Switch to keyboard tab
Click the add button
Type "Q"
Move right with VO right arrow and open the menu.
Select Custom commands sub menu and then Open Application
Now select the application you want
That should be it!

one of them with Keyboard Commander command, 'Right Option)plus q. How can I
assign this command to Voiceover, (right) Option-q for opening this app?
