Interact with that and VO right to options, and press VO Space.
I never used Ventura, so maybe you can find it.

There’s no way I want to pay to store all this in iCloud. I have stuff here
that goes back 25 years. I’d like to keep it, but I don’t want to pay to store
it. I back up my Mac regularly, so I’m not worried about losing it.

and see if that deletes the folder. It may treat it as a default folder though
