Hello Maurice,
Have you tried working with tables in a Word document on the mac side? It used
to be impossible so I was wondering whether you had any experience of tables in
Word on the mac. Another word processing app on the Mac, Nisus Writer, was
very promising but for the tables again
Morris,
Okay, thanks. I have an Office 365 subscription, but the actual apps are
installed on my Mac. They would just be updated automatically from the internet.

I also have a stand alone version which I bought late last fall. I don't know
if it's still available or not. But I paid a one-time fee, thus avoiding the
whole subscription thing.

Yes I find when using word on the Mac that it is less responsive and it does
not always respond to commands to move by para etc so I typically still use
pages but do use word for a couple of things - normally sharing files to one
drive for collaborative working with peers. Interestingly I find

Hi,
You can download Word for Macintosh from Microsoft. It does require you have an
office 365 account. And it is a paid app, but it runs in MacOS. It’s not as
elegant as the windows version, but it works.

document has 29 pages since I had opened it before in Pages. However, I don't
seem to be able to transit further than 4 pages and I'm thrown back to the

table also seems to work without having to interact with it. I tried using
both tab key and voiceover keys with arrow keys, both s
