With help from this list I have now gotten PontesMediaDownloader to run on
Monterey, but cannot fathom out how to use it.
I went to the File menu and pasted the URL of a youtube video which I wanted to
download into the URL field. I left all other fields as their default values

OK, I’m impressed. Did not know Ponti’s had a Mac version. I like it though I
can’t figure out just yet how to change the download folder location. It does
give a warning about not being updated, but I gave it a video
