Ray, that’s not the problem he’s having. He’s aware of the code and you’re
absolutely right it’s 2factor.
THere’s no 6 boxes in his case though like there is with more modern versions
of the OS. It sounds like to me he’s trying to register and sign in on an

Sounds like what has happened to you is that you have two factor authentication
turned on. IF the special code shows up on your iPHone, you need to make sure
your curser is focused on the six boxes for that code. as you enter each
