Hi Anouk,
I can confirm sluggishness on my macbook air late 2010 with 4 GB RAM in OS
Sierra. It's peculiar. Maybe I shall go back to El Capitan as my macbook air
may be too old for this new operating system.

I've seen this as well, for a few years. I report it every beta cycle, but it

Hi Traci. In the VO utility, go to verbosity and select the text tab. You

Hi All,
You can find samples of the new voices at the Assistiveware Infovox

The fastest way to navigate to the links for the new child voices is
to use item chooser (VO-I) and type in boy or girl.

Thanks, I'm quite interested.

I haven't had the chipmunk bug. I use Heather and Ryan constantly and really

almost never use any of the Apple voices; even have the login screen set up for

Hi,
I notice a lot people are complaining that Apple did not include the

There may be a lot of reasons why they have not done that. I am not

the majority of Mac users accept it for Mac OS X on a desktop machine?
Furthermore, do those voices support all the features needed for
Speech Manager compatibility, or would that first require years of
