You need to go in to settings/General/Accessibility/Hearing and select to
default to earphones or the default setting should work.

Hello.
Yesterday I was travelling and I had my I phone connected to my Aftershokz and
Apple watch. When I received a call, the phone would ring and I would hear the
sound in my Aftershokz headset. However when the person started to speak the
voice would only be heard on the I phone speaker.
