You need to do CmD + E, to eject the volume before you remove the SD card.

Don't do it in recent. Go to the folder that actually contains the file, and do
it there. You should get better results.

Re: VoiceOver friendly invoice app?

2021-02-20 Thread CHUCK REICHEL
Hi Brad,
Thanks.
That looks promising.
Is there anything out there that can be purchased out right?
Subscriptions just keep adding up and as you know become "larger than they
should"! :)
It would be nice if the application can communicate with "turbo tax" as My Wife
uses this for us now.
Any full book keeping apps that are voiceOver friendly meeting these criteria
above?
Since this is for my recording studio LLC I know I will have to pay a $ or 2!
LOL
It takes money to make money! ;)
Thanks again
Chuck

Hi all,

Anyone know anything about this? I just read that it has infected over thirty
thousand macs, but haven't seen anything on how to tell if your Mac has been
infected.
Cheers,

iTunes/Music playlist changed unexpectedly

2021-02-20 Thread Jürgen Fleger
Hi,
isn’t that strange? I changed this playlist several weeks ago, added some songs
and so on. Today I found it sat back to an older version from several weeks
ago. Very annoying. Now I need to remember which songs I’ve added in this
particular list. Hopefully there are no changes in all my other playlists.
Has anyone experienced something like that recently as well?
All the best
Jürgen

Re: Deleting a Document from Finder

2021-02-20 Thread Brad Snyder
Make sure you are actually in Finder, and not still in TextEdit when you
attempt to delete the file.
Use the keyboard command Fn + VO + NumberRow 1, to identify the active
application.
If after performing the command, you hear VoiceOver report TextEdit, as the
active application, close the document and exit TextEdit using CMD + Q, and
then make sure you are in Finder, then repeat the delete file action.

RE: Query regarding Mail in MacOS Big sur.

2021-02-20 Thread matthew dyer
Hi,

Are you using colom view by chance? If so, that may be the reason. What you
could do is setup an activity with verbosity level set to the lowest setting
and this should saulve your problem. The other thing you could is seþ the view
to standdered view. HTH.

Subject: Query regarding Mail in MacOS Big sur.

Morning everyone!

Please has anyone on here noticed something really annoying in Mail on MacOS
Big sur.
VoiceOver has started saying Column one then a certain row number.
Is there any way of stopping this?

I've tried looking in VoiceOver utility under verbossity which my friend
Christopher Hallsworth suggested. I tried unchecking speak column slash row in
table headers or something like that wording, this didn't make a difference.
Thanks very much.
Look forward to any responses.

You might have, use column layout, checked in the View menu of Mail. At
least, it sounds like this is what is happening.
