Hi all, I was trying to help a friend this afternoon with uploading something to her dropbox. She doesn't remember having ever set up a dropbox account and password but there is a dropbox folder on her computer but dropbox doesn't show up in her menu extras where mine shows the status of

Hi, In my opinion, a clean install would most likely have very minimal impact on the speed of that unit. We have a number of those at work and I have had quite a few complaints from the users with respect to slowness and such like you're reporting. These users are not VO users either.
