I don’t know of a way using a trackpad, but using a keyboard, you should be able to interact with the Mailbox list using VO + Shift + Down Arrow, then navigate through the list using VO + Up/Down Arrow keys, then you can use VO + Spacebar to expand or collapse an item. BTW, I thought you got a
