The thing that made me notice it was my watch. It positively kills the battery
life on my watch. Not only does it drain the battery, but it makes it so the

bad, you don't lose anything; you just swap out the bad disk for a new
one and tell the network-attached storage device how to deal with the
new volume.
Wireless? No way. It attaches to your local network via a Category 5
cable. It's a box with any number of bays for disk drives. I have one
from Synology that holds up to eight drives. My current storage capacity
is about 40, yes, that's for-zero, terabytes.
