Braille display support improved significantly with Big Sur (i.e., some bugs were apparently fixed). In particular, it is less likely to skip text while panning the display. If this matters to you, then it's a reason to upgrade. I am not significantly affected by any of the bugs that have

If Catalina is working for you, then I'd stick with it for now. There are a few annoying bugs in Big Sur that Apple has not resolved. While there are workarounds to these bugs, I feel it would be much nicer to not have to deal with Big Sur, until Apple resolve these issues. That's just my
