Hello, Looks like this wasn't answered for iPhone yet. At the top of the conversation is a Name button. Where Name is the people you are talking with . Once VO is on that double tab and there should be three buttons appear. 1. Audio 2. Facetime 3. Info I have no idea if audio is FaceTime audio

Find the conversation in the list and Do a VO Shift Space. VO Down to Details and VO space on that. II have seen it where you might t a show option first, if so, VO Down to Details and VO Space. Interact and VO Left to Call and VO space. If you have multiple numbers it will ask you which one.
