You can do this by hitting the number one key on your phone, and the call button, or you can dial your phone number in the call button. Will ask you for a password. If you don't remember what it is, you can go into settings and under phone it gives you an option to reset your password. Joseph

I’m having trouble playing voicemail on my phone. it’s hard to hear either VO or the message itself. I try to put it on speaker and that’s not happening either. what’s playback destination? I’ve double tapped it before but it doesn’t change anything or offer me any options. suggestions please.

Hi Cara, Thanks so much for your messages and suggestions. I suspect you are right, that it is a security measure, but it’s one I could do without. :) I contacted my employer to see if there is a less menu driven option, but it was the end of the day, so I haven’t heard back yet. I think
