I noticed that as well, and that it’s unfortunately been this way for a while.  
The cursor loses focus like nobody’s business, especially after you’ve found 
what you want and try to click on it to order it, then the cursor just jumps 
all over the place.

What is happening here is when you select a product Voiceover can't see any of

using voice over last week but the app isn’t working fully using the new IOS.  
How is anyone using Amazon these days?  I had to use the PC as I understand 
that it doesn’t work good with the Mac either.

Amazon works just fine on the Mac. To have a better experience, in navigation 
under utilities, set the mouse pointer to Move the VO cursor. As for the phone, 
they have definitely broken the app. A browser might work, but I understand 
those have been problematic on the phone as well. Still, I wonder if you use 
the desktop version if that would help.
