Joint cursor movement

To accomplish this: press control option f8 to open the voiceover utility. press N for navigation. Tab to Voiceover cursor follows keyboard focus and check it. Tab to mouse cursor and set it to follows voiceover cursor. You're done. Actually, I like all of these options set. Never do I ever
