ML mail signatures

Once in preferences signatures, select the all signatures tab (putting signatures in accounts does not work for some reason). Use the add button, type your signature, and there you go. You can choose how to use them, which is default, and so forth here as well. If you need more details, let me

Hi Rich, Try the following. 1. Open Mail Preferences. 2. Make sure you select, signatures, from the buttons. 3. From the signatures list, choose the account to which you want the signature. 4. Navigate passed the names table and edit area to the Add New, button going right. Vo space on

Is it associated with an account already? You need to have it listed with the specific account. It will be available in a popup button when you compose a new message or reply to pick it if it is not the default signature for the outgoing account. Take Care John D. Panarese Director Mac

In the signature pane, first copy the text of the signature to the clipboard by selectinginteracting and all with command-a and then command-c to copy it. Then, navigate to your gmail account and then to the, add new, button. Create a new signature and then just paste the text you
