like there going full steam ahead with IOS/Mac osx intergration. Mountain Lion
will be adding Messages, Reminders, game center

If you read the info on Apple's site you would see that you will have choices
which includes the ability to install apps from anywhere. Apple is not going to
prevent you from installing apps.
