Hello Anders, If Keyboard Help announces the hotspot commands correctly, then it isn’t to do with the Swedish keyboard. Have you reinitialised the PRAM lately? That sometimes fixes anomalies like this. Re: More on hotspots.
Hello Anne and Anders, the same issues occur on my german keyboard layout. Regarding the answers of the accessibility team: I don’t think they let blind VO users work in their team and so, if someone’s not using VO on a daily base, a lot of issues do not occur because they show up randomly. I started to ignore the answer, it should depend on my device or other installed software, and my hope is they will keep it in mind if others report this issue. The second strategy is simply to call them. I experienced several times that they couldn’t duplicate an issue via e-mail. But when I called them, told them to take the same stepps I took, they suddenly could duplicate the issue and wrote a note about it. Once I called them and he couldn’t confirm my issue. Then I asked him wether he switched on VO and he appologized because he tried the behaviour I reported with VO switched off. So it might be good to tell them personally how to do it. Re: More on hotspots.
Hello Anders, What keyboard layout are you using? I ask because with French keyboards, the French Numeric layout, which allows you to use the caps lock to have numbers on the top row instead of upper case accented letters and so on, is not supported with VoiceOver, although any commands using letters still work. In that case, hotspots are a nightmare.
