As far as I know, the only way to launch VoiceOver is with Cmd-F5. However,
sometimes VoiceOver gets muted so it’s a good idea to create a shortcut in one
of the commanders for the commands “Mute Speech Toggle” and “Mute VoiceOver
Toggle”. These commands are in the Audio menu of
