I encounter this problem with almost every link. The option return is not a solution as I do not want to download the link. I often just want to open the link in a new window. My mouse cursor is set to follow the VO cursor. Then I do a right click with the actual mouse by holding control

hello; it sounds like your cursor tracking isn't on or isn't working. when this happens to me, which it does on some pages, I use the command control option f-5 to make sure I'm on it. then i press control and the track pad, but i believe you can just do control option m for the menu and

what would be a good compromise as it works well with the save as features is if when clicking the link safari would prompt you as to where you want to save it. Then after the first file it changes the default to the folder you used in your last save as. probably wouldn't be too hard to
