I did this when I first joined up. I even offered to do some free consulting
on the side to help make the site better so that I could use it. I got an
answer back that was so ignorent, I probably should have cancelled my
subscription then and there.

Hi,
I think the suggestion was to copy the answers, etc. from the website into Text
Edit and then, by turning on speak attributes, VO would read the bolded text
for the answers, etc.

ahem,
forgive my curiosity, but why is vo responsible for eharmony's sloppy
site construction?
might it not be well a better use of your financial investment in the
service to tell them that the way they print this is not easy to read,
likely for many?
I know when I used the service this was
I personally dealt with their customer service back a few years ago when I
was using the service. I got lip service at best and the typical ignorant kind
of responses to my issues I had with their website. From what I am hearing, it
has not changed much.
