OK, so it is not just a interference issue that the FIOS has, it is just not up
to handling the bandwidth. My Apple device is several years old betwfore they
had separated the 802.11N from the 802.11(BG) antenna let alone have 802.11AC
support I currently have very little traffic that stays on
