Hi, I'm not on AT, but do use Visual VoiceMail. Replaying VoiceMails does work normally for me. I double-tap on the title for the message, which will expand it to show a Play button, length of the message, Audio and Call Back buttons etc. I double-tap the Play button to hear the message again. Regarding playing the message on Speaker instead of just through the ear-piece, you need to start playing the message through the ear-piece first, then double-tap the Speaker button,. I'm not sure why you need to do things in this order, but that seems to be the only way to make it play properly in Speaker mode. Later... Replaying Visual VoiceMail Message
Hi everyone, AT is my provider, and I’ve got the latest version of iOS on my iPhone SE. They have me using Visual VoiceMail, and whenever I get a message, I can play it once but it always goes through the earpiece. My problem is that I can only play the message once. I’d like to be able to listen again through the speaker, but although I can get to the speaker button, double-tapping it doesn’t seem to change anything. And worse, I cannot replay that message, or for that matter, any other message that’s been already played. Has anyone else experienced this difficulty? If so, what have you done to get it resolved? I don’t think this is a VoiceOver issue, but then again, I wanted to ask just to make sure. Hello Chris, I cannot reproduce your findings. I have tested A T & T Wireless Visual Voicemail on two iPhones running iOS 10.01 and I can delete the messages, just as always. Looks like Apple's broken the AT wireless visual voicemail part of the phone app in iOS 10. I can't delete any of my messages. When I double tap on delete, nothing happens, they stay right there. When I try to upload a new greeting, it says unknown error. Boy! Apple's really dropped the bomb this time. I normally am not one for complaining about things regarding Apple, but this is crazy!
