Perhaps you need to interact once or twice when reading Outlook mail. How do
you bring up the message to read in Outlook? I'll try tomorrow to reproduce
your Outlook non-braille messages with my BrailleNote.

Braille display support in Mac OS has its oddities. For example, I can start
reading the body of an e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook for Mac, but the
