Thanks for reminding me about whether office. I had that app on android. It was
a good straightforward app there, and it seems to bethe same on iOS. I just
downloaded it. It looks like it doesn’t do notifications, so I guess an app
like whether Gods would fill in that gap.

Hi Mary,
I have Weather Gods, but mostly use the Weather app on my phone. I'm not having
any of the issues you describe. I always have a temperature reading, and the
weather is as accurate as any. On the rare occasions when I have seen strange
behavior, re-selecting the city solved the problem.
Weather office is free and very nice and basic and accurate also. It has never
gone wrong on me yet. Couldn’t ask for better if basic weather is what you’re
after.

I have that trouble with the native weather app too where it's blank. what I
usually do then is close ithit the home button twice for app switcher and close
it from there. then when I reopen it again it has temperature and all the other
stuff that's supposed to be on there.

Hello,
I have what I hope is not construed as a stupid question.
I have not messed with widgets with reference to Apple. The only relationship I
have to widgets are with my Nexus seven android tablet. What is a widget within
the Apple operating system.

With the Dashboard, you have to use the Window Chooser menu to select other
open widgets. You'll have to use the Widget menu to open any new widgets.
Once you have a widget open, you have to treat it like a webpage. It is HTML
content, so interacting is necessary.

Oh this explains it. I suppressed most of Mission control since it was
constantly conflicting with other keyboard activity. I don't really want to
enable all that again since I don't think Mission Control serves much purpose.

To go to the weather widget, press f12. You may want to close out calculator
