Where has the install file for mnotify gone? It is not in the
repository anymore.

I got exactly the same white screen reboot loop. Last Friday night I
installed the updated (including the magic.sys package) then reboot and got
the reboot loop when the power jack is pulged.
5 hours rebooting later I flashed the n800 with the new firmware and now
everything working.

It would be interesting to know why Maemo Mapper wants so much memory
