While I was investigating Bug 1496910, I noticed that our Flowplayer
videos are not center-aligned in their block. Instead they're left-
aligned up against the edge of the block.
I was going to submit a patch to fix that, but then I realized that we
do the same for Image

Here's a screenshot illustrating what I'm talking about. The image, and
the embedded video, are left-aligned within their blocks.
The funny thing is, this left-alignment actually looks *better* than
centering, on a single-column page. Because in that case, all the titles
and everything are on the
Since I already figured out how to center-align Flowplayer videos,
uploading my patch in case we decide we want to go ahead with this.

When you refresh a mahara page the second time, you will see a small
green bobble next to the page title in about one second. This bobble
then disappear quickly. This is a part of the feedback switcher.

Changing the status again as it doesn't work any more. It worked for me
earlier in the year, but not any more in a testing instance of 15.04.

Attaching a test package for this issue. It creates two files:
htdocs/test.php
htdocs/local/theme/templates/test.tpl
To test:
0. Install Mahara, and set productionmode=false
1. Copy these files into your Mahara site
2. Visit /test.php
3. In the form, select option #4
4. Click submit
Expected
It's also worth noting, the only place in Mahara core where we use
"outgroups" is in the group view submission form. To test that:
1. Create some collections that contain pages
2. Create some pages that are not in collections
3. Create a group. In the group settings, activate "Allow submissions".

Just to provide additional context on this issue, there is already
functionality for admins to be able to create groups and update group
members by CSV. So the change here would just be to grant that ability
to staff as well. A fairly minor code change, probably.

Problem confirmed. To replicate:
1. Download this sample 16:9 public domain video from archive.org:
https://archive.org/details/CEP427 (or any other 16:9 file)
2. Upload the 16:9 video into your file area in Mahara
3. Put the video into an "Embedded media" block in Mahara
Expected result: The
Note to testers: the file I linked to is a ".mp4" file. By default the
Embedded Media block only supports FLV & MP3 files. So on a clean Mahara
install, you'll also need to go to Extensions -> Plugin Administration
-> blocktype: file/internalmedia, and turn on "MP4 video file" as an
option.
