In IE the base of the Mahara logo is being hidden
I believe it is due to the fact that the image has a height of 45px but
the container it is in is floated and so lacks height.
I tried adding 60px height to the containing tag and it looked ok
Will make a patch so people
I have verified it on Macbook and it seems to be problem with sauce
labs. Tested it on 16.10, 17.04, 17.10 and 18.10 and cannot replicate it
any more.

cancel button is working as expected. I could not replicate this bug as
reported.
But I found that for groups/institutions the redirection is not working
correctly. When we are editing a group/institution page, click on
"Share" and "cancel" we are redirected to the "Share" list of pages
instead

Good point about the missing index on the path column.
The first thing I'd try is adding a unique index to the 'path' column as
each path should be unique as they all end with the id of the artefact
itself and that is unique.

How big is the Leap2A file that you are trying to upload to the demo
site?
Do you have anything in your error log?
It also sounds a bit like a JavaScript issue if the content chooser does
not load properly on the "Edit" screen. Can you please check your web
developer tool console
