For the failing test you would need to do the following:
1) Log in as User1
2) Create a portfolio page
3) Force the cron to run the daily stats by running this command in database:
UPDATE cron SET nextrun = NULL;
4) In a terminal run:
sudo -u www-data php htdocs/lib/cron.php
5) Browse to

I have run 2 scenarios - one as site admin which appears to be working
and one as Inst admin which I am not seeing a graph - I am not sure if
this is expected.

Some of our bigger cron processes like
activity_process_queue
import_process_queue
export_process_queue
elasticsearch cron
are run at the same time as processes like
user_login_tries_to_zero
which can cause things to freak out / break on larger sites
we should try and
1: It was decided that the label "Owner" will remain "Owner". If the
file uploaded is a group file, the value of "Owner" will be "Group
[group's name]".
2. "Uploaded by" has been added underneath "Owner" and should should the
display name of the person who uploaded the file.

We have extended the limit to 1 million chars so that no description
field content gets too big to slow down functionality but at the same
time allowing a relatively sensible character limit
