Hugh confirmed that the old paginator is used. I don't agree that the Max selector would be a good alternative as that has to be used all the time whereas with the current block settings you decide how many entries are shown before the pagination kicks in. That is more persistent. If other sites want to use a different image, they could exchange that in the raw theme, but at least we would have a default logo. 2. This change does not affect the current responsive themes. All themes are still responsive after apply this patch.
