One thing I am still not sure is who should be notified? Moderators
should be notified for sure. What about group admin? Institution admins?
Site admins? In the latter two cases we will likely hit bug #1274948.

I have been working Objectionable content for forums. Almost done, just
need to make it neater. Will publish for revision next week.

I might be too lazy to do a deep search, but quick search have not
indicated any related discussion or bug. Basically the problem is that
site (and institution) admins can't see group activities without joining
them using ordinary route or making themselves group admin using

When clicking on 'done' the user should be able to stay on the page
being edited. Currently, in 1.7.1 we always return to the pages view and
then have to click several times to get back to where we were.
