Anything they can do with mm2 archives will help us make the mm3 ones
better! I'd say they're highest priority since it affects the most
people, but I'd also like to see better design applied to our admin
pages, which can be quite painful to navigate...

Very plausible, but I suspect there are good reasons not to allow it
in the RFC 822/1036 messaging series. In any case, no, it's not
